This formula has a proven successful track record and is the driving force behind our Matchmaking software and other IP devoted to creating and improving both love and business relationships.
CTO – James Naylor – Founder of Kenova Tech
20+ years experience building and managing Software systems. James’ expertise is in the area of project management and is the force behind the Carizmaa, Inc. Matchmaking software system. This includes building the algorithms, database scalability, technical language management and the development of all Internet, Telephone and infrastructure systems.
Board of Advisors – Brian Altounian – President and COO Platinum Entertainment
Brian Altounian’s background includes business development, finance,operations and administration and he has applied those skills to a variety of start-ups, Fortune 100 companies, and public and private organizations.
Brian has worked extensively in the entertainment and high-tech industries, the bread and butter of Los Angeles’ commercial culture. He has held management positions including Director, Vice President, President, and CEO. He recently concluded his tenure as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman of Cereplast, Inc. (CERP.OTC). In addition, he has served on the board of Machine Talker (MTKN.OTC) and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of XsunX, Inc. (XSNX.OTC).
His expertise is in the area of developing corporate infrastructure and preparing early-stage companies to access capital through the public equity markets and he has provided marketing support to a number of technology companies such as Warp9 (WNYN.OTC), Imaging3, Inc. (IMGG.OTC) and BioSolar, Inc (BSRC.OTC).
Prior to his adventures in the high-tech arena, he spent 12 years in the entertainment industry with a successful consulting practice, advising entertainment companies in the areas of finance, administration, operations and business development. His clients have included Disney Interactive, Two Oceans Entertainment Group, Papazian-Hirsch Entertainment, The Santa Barbara Grand Opera Association, International Documentary Association, In-Finn-Ity Productions and many others. He also held senior management positions in-house at Lynch Entertainment, Time Warner Interactive, National Geographic Television and WQED. He was Consulting Producer on Random 1, a reality television series that debuted in November 2005 on the A&E Network and Executive Producer of the award-winning documentary feature film, Lost in Woonsocket.
Altounian holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and an undergraduate degree from UCLA. A native Southern Californian, he and his wife and children reside in Los Angeles. In June of 2007, he founded Lost & Found in America (www.lafia.org), a non-profit media organization designed to create awareness campaigns for community-based non-profits. LAFIA’s mission is to use storytelling to save the world, one life at a time.

20+ years experience in film Production, Lennie Appelquist has worked with top level celebrities from Julia Roberts to Celine Dion and has worked on top name productions like, “Training Day,” “The Doors,” “Point Break,” and Academy Award Winning “Fog of War.”
Lennie’s Online web design and marketing expertise has led to the success of many online Sites including the High 6 figure a year hobby site, Electric Dreams. With a proven design aesthetic and the ability to execute and manage multi-million dollar projects, he provides an optimistic can-do approach to all large scale projects.
Foreign Markets – David Talon, IMBA – International Business Development
David Talon has proven expertise opening foreign markets and managing relationships with multiple cultures. His knowledge, skills and experience as a Principal, a Management Consultant, an Executive Coach, and business executive allow him to see business dynamics from multiple viewpoints. His MBA in international business strategy and international corporate operations, sales, logistics, and negotiation experience as head of a $50 million operation position him well to understand the challenges faced by client companies and their teams in their global growth initiatives.
His experienced working with large-scale corporations like Toyota, IBM, Caurtalds Fibers and The Humor Network allow him to see business from the international perspective.
In 25 years, he has worked extensively with executives, company owners and internal/external clients to plan, design, develop, and execute growth strategies, alliances, agency networks and joint ventures in the USA, Europe, Far East, Latin America, Australia, and the Middle East. He has developed cross-border training programs to build effective communications. In his travels to 42 countries, he has learned the cultural aspects of global business development and developed cross-border training programs for effective communication. He has lived in South America and Mexico.
